Mike Barni
A lifelong Cleveland native, Mike Barni has led the Human Resources function for a variety of local employers - both large and small. Aside from manufacturing, his experience includes retail, public, and service organizations. Mike's passion is assisting others moving to their next endeavor by tweaking their resume to generate interest and tell an effective story in addition to preparing/practicing for that next interview. Paul DiPronio
Paul is an Operations Management Consultant with over 30 years of experience in operations, leading organizations through challenging situations by delivering results on time. Prior to consulting, Paul worked at ComDoc, A Xerox Company for nearly 2 decades in assignments of increasing responsibility, leading teams in distribution, equipment refurbishment, parts reclamation, purchasing, order processing and call centers. Paul also spent 9 years with Sodexo, running large food and environmental service departments in health care settings, and as a regional support manager, implementing branded retail kiosks in large hospital systems.

Emily Smayda Kelly
Emily Smayda Kelly, Esq. guides both individuals and companies through transitions with her legal consulting company, Kel-Lume Group. She has taken twenty years of being a labor and employment attorney experience in public (Jane Campbell Administration), private (Union Representation), corporate (Tradesmen International), and nonprofit (GC of Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio), settings on both sides of the table and now focuses on making a difference. Jeff Peterson-Davis
Jeff has been with NCJS since its beginnings and is behind our website, email communications, registrations, etc. His website and graphic design company, KairosStudio, specializes in affordable solutions for small businesses and nonprofit organizations, and allows him to volunteer his skills and services for NCJS. Jeff's professional career was in pastoral ministry and nonprofit management, but he is now retired with medical disability. Jeff is married and has a daughter in college. He's passionate about wine (his doctoral dissertation used wine as a lens for theological reflection!), gourmet cooking, good coffee, and cherishing every day as a gift.
